14K Gold Nugget Finish Caduceus Charm

Shown here is a 14 karat gold Caduceus charm. Two etched snakes are wrapped around a tall staff. Their tails start at the bottom and go to the top. At the top the snakes are looking at each other. Eyes and slightly opened mouths are carved in the snakes. At the top of the staff are wings that flare out to the sides. Wings are etched and carved for detail. Approximate weight is 0.90 grams.
